The Rector of the University “Fehmi Agani” in Gjakova, Prof. Ass. Dr. Drilon Bunjaku, together with the Head of the IT Office, Mr. Arbër Krypa, and IT Officer, Mr. Amir Sahatqija, held a constructive meeting with representatives of the Kosovo Research and Education Network (KREN).

During the meeting, the discussions were focused on concrete initiatives for further digitalization of University processes, as well as on how to more effectively utilize the opportunities provided by KREN for higher education and research institutions in Kosovo.

This meeting was held within the framework of the Sustainable Higher Education and Research – SHER project, which has engaged technology experts to deliver professional training to UFAGJ on the use of advanced software solutions offered through KREN. From the SHER project, Mr. Nehat Dervishi participated as a project representative, along with IT expert Mr. Albert Aliu.

Participants emphasized the importance of inter-institutional cooperation and the significant potential that KREN offers for strengthening the digital capacities of public universities in Kosovo.
