Students of the Faculty of Education, Primary Education Program of the University "Fehmi Agani" in Gjakova together with Prof. Asst. Dr. Venera Vala-Këndusi and Prof. Asst. Dr. Zamira Gashi-Shatri, visited the Handikos center in Gjakova. The students carried out activities with the children in this center and some gifts were distributed which the students prepared themselves.

The Faculty of Education and the students of this faculty, through visits and support of children with Down syndrome, fulfill the objectives of the faculty by connecting theoretical learning with various practical activities, implementing inclusive principles, ensuring equal opportunities for students with special needs based on the principles of contemporary teaching and respect for human values.

We thank the staff of HANDIKOS for the cooperation and welcome, at the same time we promised them that we will continue such activities and cooperation in the future.
