The “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova (UFAGJ) and the Public International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM) have formalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for academic and institutional cooperation. The agreement was signed by the Rector of UFAGJ, Prof. Ass. Dr. Drilon Bunjaku, and the Rector of IBCM, Prof. Dr. Mihone Kerolli Mustafa.

The purpose of this Memorandum is to promote and strengthen inter-institutional cooperation in the fields of higher education, academic research, student activities, and community service programs in the Republic of Kosovo.

Within the framework of this agreement, the parties have agreed to cooperate in various areas, including academic exchange and guest lectures by visiting professors, the development of joint research projects, the exchange of scientific and technical information, as well as the organization of professional activities such as trainings, workshops, seminars, and conferences. The agreement also envisages the development of new programs, the implementation of joint student research, and the exchange of cultural and sports activities.

Through this Memorandum, UFAGJ and IBCM aim to create conditions for sustainable academic and institutional cooperation, with a focus on enhancing the quality of education, advancing scientific research, and strengthening the role of higher education institutions in the social and economic development of the country.

The Memorandum will remain in force for an indefinite period and is expected to serve as a concrete platform for fruitful cooperation in the future.
