On 23 December 2025, within the framework of the activities of the Didactic Center for Excellence in Teaching (DCET) at “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova, a ceremony was held to award certificates to student tutors. These students were engaged during the summer semester of the 2024/2025 academic year across all academic units of the University, providing academic support to their fellow students.

The event was attended by the Head of DCET, Prof. Dr. Sindorela Doli, the Acting Head of the Quality Assurance Office Qëndresa Bardhoshi, as well as the student tutors of this semester.

The meeting was opened by Prof. Dr. Sindorela Doli, who in her welcoming speech expressed gratitude to the student tutors for their dedication, responsibility, and tireless work. She emphasized the important role of the tutoring system in improving the quality of teaching and enhancing students’ academic performance, highlighting the tutors’ engagement as a positive example of cooperation between students and the academic structures of the University.

During the meeting, student tutors had the opportunity to share their practical experiences, discuss the challenges encountered during the tutoring process, and present good practices and suggestions for the further development of this program in the future. The discussion was considered constructive and beneficial for the continuous improvement of this student support mechanism.
