All Bachelor’s and Master’s students of the University “Fehmi Agani” in Gjakova are hereby informed that all courses have been transferred to the Student Management System (SMU), and students may register for the winter semester courses with the respective professors.

The registration period for the winter semester of the 2026/2027 academic year is:

26 October 2026 – 30 October 2026

Students are required to register their courses in the SMU first and then proceed with the semester registration procedure.

In accordance with the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (MASHTI) Administrative Instruction No. 09/2021, students registering the semester for the first time are exempt from paying the semester fee.

Students registering the semester for the second time or more are required to pay a fee of €25 for Bachelor’s studies and €150 for Master’s studies.

Semester registration is carried out at the Student Services Office of the respective faculty.
