Instituti EDUTASK, within the framework of the “StartLab350” project funded by BOOST Balkans, ALDA Balkans, and AFD (French Development Agency), invites you to apply for participation in the “Career Orientation” training. After completing the “Career Orientation” training, participants will continue their journey by attending Entrepreneurship training, followed by the Innovation Lab and the National Youth Forum.

🔎 The aim of the training is to empower the youth of Gjakova by providing them with knowledge, practical tools, and confidence to explore and build their professional paths, as well as to make informed career decisions.

🌍 The program covers six main pillars of career development:

• Self-Discovery: Helps participants explore their interests, strengths, and aspirations for a deeper understanding of themselves and their career.
• Planning: Provides essential skills for goal setting, decision-making, time management, and networking.
• Critical Thinking: Encourages skills to evaluate information and make informed career decisions.
• Job Search Strategies: Teaches strategies for job searching, resume writing, and interview preparation.
• Lifelong Learning: Emphasizes the importance of continuous learning and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
• Sustainable Career Development: Offers guidance on overcoming challenges and managing career transitions.
