On the occasion of the 18th anniversary of the declaration of Independence of the Republic of Kosovo, I have the honor and pleasure, on behalf of Universiteti Fehmi Agani and in my personal name, to extend my warmest greetings on this sacred day in our history.

February 17 marks the culmination of a long journey of sacrifice, dedication, and vision for freedom and state-building. This day serves as a permanent reminder of our responsibility to build a strong, democratic state oriented toward knowledge and development.
