As in the three previous meetings, due to the importance of the topics discussed, the meeting was attended by the entire management of the Faculty of Education, as well as some of the holders of the Primary Education program.

This meeting was held as a continuation of the meetings on 20.06.2025, 26.06.2025 and 14.07.2025, in which preparations related to the application for accreditation of the programs of the Faculty of Education were discussed extensively, with special emphasis on the Primary Education program.

Based on the discussions held during these three meetings, including the meeting with the principals of primary and secondary schools, with Alumni students, as well as with other stakeholders in the region, and based on the questionnaires carried out in secondary schools in the Gjakova region, the Feasibility Report for the Primary Education program has been drafted.

Subsequently, taking into account the suggestions and proposals provided, some of which are in accordance with the recommendations of experts, the Primary Education program, for which an application for accreditation has been made, has some improvements and adjustments. These include changes in the pedagogical practice subjects, in the number of hours and credits, in order to increase the quality of the professional preparation of students.

Moreover, based on the proposals of the Entrepreneurship Advisory Board, a working group has been formed to review the Pedagogical Practice Guide for the Primary Education program. This group consists of professors who develop pedagogical practice courses, principles of lower secondary schools where students carry out the practice, mentor teachers from these schools, as well as the coordinator of pedagogical practice at the Faculty of Education.

The last meeting was focused on finalizing the drafting of the Self-Evaluation Report (SER) for the Primary Education program, which will be submitted to the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) on 31.10.2025.
