The Faculty of Education at the University “Fehmi Agani” in Gjakova, as part of its community engagement activities, organized an informative and practical workshop with students of “Hajdar Dushi” Gymnasium in Gjakova, on the topic “Career Orientation and Planning for the Professional Future.”

The purpose of this activity was to support young people in the process of choosing the right academic and professional path by providing concrete guidance for the first steps toward building their careers.

During the workshop, participants had the opportunity to:

• learn about various professions and opportunities available after secondary education;
• understand the importance of self-assessment, motivation, and personal skills in career development;
• receive practical information about career orientation and the labor market;
• engage in discussions with professors, experts, and students from the Faculty of Education.

In the opening remarks, representatives of the Faculty of Education emphasized the importance of supporting youth during the decision-making phase regarding their studies and careers, highlighting that investing in early career orientation increases opportunities for personal, academic, and economic development among young people in the country.

The Faculty of Education at the University “Fehmi Agani” in Gjakova will continue to organize similar activities in the future, aiming to strengthen cooperation with high schools and to contribute to preparing generations with a clear professional vision.
