On October 22^nd, a training on Professional Ethics in educational institutions is held, dedicated to Pedagogical Practice. The principle of the lower primary school "Kelmend Rizvanolli" in Gjakova, Ms. Valma Kamishi Zeka, emphasized that such training aims to raise awareness among students of the primary program about the importance of ethics and professional behavior during the development of pedagogical practice as well as other commitments in educational institutions. The training encourages the development of an ethical culture that promotes respect, cooperation and professionalism in every situation within the institution.

The importance of representing the teacher as a good model will maintain seriousness and personal dignity, maintain institutional culture (respect, cooperation and correct communication), as well as respect for the environment where he/she works.
