On June 9, 2025, the University ‘’Fehmi Agani’’ in Gjakova has announced Mrs. Mirlinda Gjocaj Kadrija, an official for archive, as the Employee of the Year 2024 as part of the administrative staff of the University.

This evaluation has been done due to her professional and continuous commitment in her duty, high performance and successful fulfilment, beyond expectations of the duties during the calendric year 2024.

The decision for the announcement of the Employee of the Year has been taken in accordance with the provisions of the Statute of the University, and based on the Decision of the Steering Council nr. 05/1923, by the acting duty General Secretary-Nita Sina Pruthi.

Apart from the moral and institutional evaluation, Mrs. Gjocaj Kadrija has been regularly stimulated symbolically as a sign of appreciation for the precious contribution in the regular and efficient functioning of the administration services, with a special emphasis on the continuous digitalization of the University archive.

This evaluation is part of the best institutional practices of the University ‘’Fehmi Agani’’ in Gjakova, which aim to motivate and encourage the administrative staff, as well as to promote a work culture based on responsibility, professionalism and contribution.
